Hi everyone!
My name is Tiffany Sun, and I’m studying computer science at Harvey Mudd College. I like coding in Python and have used it a few courses so far, including a CS course and a physics course, so I’m fond of SymPy’s function as a Python library. The rest of the coding I’ve done has been in LISP, Prolog, and Java. I’m hoping to do a GSoC project with SymPy over the summer—ideally, I would be able to work on a project that involves linear transformations and the visual expression of such. This may not be that much work, though, so I’m looking for additional small jobs to add to my proposal. Another smaller project that I’m interested in is improving SymPy’s physics unit module, since this project is very similar to something that I implemented in LISP, and will implement in Java before the end of the semester. Who should I should contact specifically about these type of projects? And who should I contact if I need help understanding some of the current code? Thanks, Tiffany Sun -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sympy" group.
