I run sympy version

I have a problem in solving IVP's with sympy
for example (LaTeX code below)
\[
0.2 \frac{d^2y}{dt^2}+1.2 \frac{dy}{dt}+2y=5 \cos 4t,\quad y(0)=1/2,\quad
y'(0)=0.
\]
Do you have any hints?
