Hi Francesco,

Unfortunately, the SymPy / CAS chapter was cut due to concerns about space
from the editor (it is 550 pages).  I am truly hoping to bring it back in
the 2nd edition.

I know it isn't enough, but we do give SymPy a couple of shout-outs through
out.
