Yes, I should add that the recurrence formula in some way is directly
equivalent to the diff.eq. only in discrete space so to say. And then if
you just have the (rational) coeff values you can via their Ore algebra
infer both the diff.eq. and the recurrence, i.e. "guess" the formula if
there is one.
