I don't know. Usually they are quick. You might want to contact their
support about it.

In the meantime, the conda-forge packages are available. If you run

    conda config --add channels conda-forge

It will add the channel. We don't have any control over the default
Anaconda packages, but we do maintain the conda-forge package.
