Hello all, I am Prateek Kumar, an undergraduate student in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Hyderabad <https://www.iith.ac.in>, India. I would like to do my GSoC this year in Sympy. Some of the projects that interest me are:
1. *Efficient Groebner bases and their applications* I have done courses on Abstract Algebra and have been reading on Groebner bases and the F4 and F5 algorithms. From what I see in the repo, I could not find any implementation of F4. The ideas page mentions that there was GSoC done previously on F4 and but I could not find the code. I would be grateful if some mentor could guide me on this. 2. *SymPy Live and SymPy Gamma (on Google App Engine)* I have enough knowledge about both frontend and backend web. In my second year of undergraduate, I was web coordinator of college fest managing both front-end and backend of online games and registration portals. 3. *Polynomials and the rest of SymEngine* I have intermediate to advanced level knowledge of C++ and I can work on improving the univariate and multivariate polynomial modules in SymEngine. Thanks, Regards, Prateek Kumar <https://prateekkumar.in> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sympy" group.
