And if you don't know, the wiki is backed by git. You can clone it with https://github.com/sympy/sympy.wiki.git (the link is on the page). You can also use a SSH url [email protected]:sympy/sympy.wiki.git. If you have push access to the repo you also have push access to the wiki. It is often easier to edit pages locally and then push them up. It's also a lot easier to view the edit history this way.
