Hello developers , I am Cheshta Babbar, fourth year UG at BITS, Pilani , India. I have been contributing to sympy since December and I have quite a good understanding of the codebase and have worked on some issues, created new ones and also created some pull requests and discussed with other contributors. Also I tried solving other issues, commented and they gave me a good knowledge of the internal working of sympy.
I am interested in the gsoc idea where we have to compute the inverse laplace transform for the entire function in a single line and have been working on understanding the concepts behind it. I have taken courses on Object Oriented Programming, discrete mathematics, probability and statistics , Mathematics - I, II and III (vector calculus, numerical methods, linear algebra, ODE's, complex analysis, improper integrals, fourier and laplace transforms) and have dealt with statistical models in my academic and industrial projects using machine learning. I am interested in participating in GSoC 2021 for sympy and would love to contribute and work on the projects. Thank You. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sympy" group.
