I was working on this Issue <https://github.com/sympy/sympy/issues/24140> whereby as one of the measures I fixed a lot of broken links issues from the documentation. After that, I thought it would be good if I could improve the visibility of broken links by adding a GitHub workflow action test routine using 'make linkcheck' command. So, I created this PR <https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/24619> and I want some feedback as to how it could be improved and whether there is a need for this PR.
