Hello, I unfortunately just found out that my proposal was not accepted for GSOC, but I am still interested in forging ahead with my project this summer(though likely with a slightly scope than originally planned).
I was wondering if there were any big issues with my proposal(GSOC 2024 Benchmarks and Performance - Google Docs <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1T6suQad3WgNfjGS9AVD9mHe_0WvPZijVFuVOVvSwIRE/edit>) that would need to get fixed before I would start to work on it. If so, I would like to figure them out as soon as possible so I can get to work. Also, if it seems like the project is just not a good fit I would be open to working on something completely different than what my proposal layed out. I was also wondering if I would be able to have someone as a mentor this summer. I understand that Sympy's mentors' time is very limited and is already being spread thin among all the accepted GSOC applicants, but I think having someone more experienced with Sympy to ask questions to and get good feedback from would be very helpful. Thanks, Sam. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sympy" group.
