Dear SymPy Community,
I hope this message finds you well. I am happy to share that I have made my first contribution to SymPy. As a final-year BCA student at BMS College for Women, I am excited to have the opportunity to contribute to such an amazing project. I have submitted a pull request that addresses *Issue #27442*: *"Integer to the power of an integer is not always rational"*. This issue highlights the behavior of integer powers and how it affects the rationality of the result, which has now been fixed in the *Pull Request #27505*: *"Handle integer powers when base is zero and exponent is negative"*. In resolving this, I also referred to the official SymPy documentation to ensure the solution aligns with the existing functionality and standards. I am pleased to inform you that I successfully passed all the test cases, and everything is working as expected. I would like to extend my gratitude to the SymPy community for their support and guidance throughout this process. I look forward to continuing my journey with SymPy and contributing further. Thank you for your time and consideration.
