Hi everyone, My name is Álvaro Sánchez, and I am a Spanish physics student currently pursuing a master's degree in astrophysics. I recently discovered the Google Summer of Code and was thrilled to see that SymPy is participating in the program as I have used SymPy very often during my bachelor's and I love it.
I have a project idea that I would like to propose and would love to hear your thoughts on. My idea is to develop a thermodynamics module for SymPy which would allow users to perform standard manipulations of thermodynamic equations more easily and efficiently. I used SymPy frequently while studying thermodynamics and I believe it could be incredibly useful for students and researchers. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on whether this project would be a good fit for SymPy and the Google Summer of Code program.
