Maybe there should be something about this in the GSOC rules/guidance. The reality is that when it comes to ranking candidates for GSOC spammy AI stuff is going to go in the bin so if someone is opening AI PRs now in the hope of getting accepted for GSOC then I think they have misunderstood the situation.
