Yeah,
I tried some things to speed up the connection as most of them didn't cause much effect. How hard would it be to add this kind of functionality to the OpenSSL library? Anything that we could help? -----Mensagem original----- De: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Em nome de Lukas Gebauer Enviada em: segunda-feira, 17 de julho de 2006 04:32 Para: Ararat Synapse Assunto: Re: [Synalist] Ideas about SSH > I have an application (huge, btw) and to encrypt the connections with > the database (which doesn't have native SSL) I implemented a SSH > tunneling using Synapse and cryptlib. By my tests is Cryptlib slow itself. By OpenSSL I got much better speeds. (but OpenSSL not supporting SSH, it supporting just SSL/TLS) Cryptlib is slow, because it is slow itself and because it have 'not well clever' API what is not optimal for use with Synapse. -- Lukas Gebauer.
