Assign remotesock to new TTcpBlockSocket class and then free this class. 
It close socket too.

But again.. why you are accepting unwanted incomming connection? You have 
CON_LIMIT maximum count of processed connections. So, when this count is 
reached, why you just not stop with accepting loop until actual count of 
processed connections will be lower then CON_LIMIT?

It is much cleaner solution, because if you not call 'Accept', then 
icomming connections wait in queue and after some time are this 
connections dropped. (or if queue is full, then next connections are 
refused.) When you have full count of connections, then next connection 
can wait some time in queue, until you can accept next connection.
