currently if utf8decode returns empty string
i simply get the text with urf8decode
how do u send a subject written in unicode?

I finally come to the bottom of this thing.
The problem lies in Utf8Decode Delphi function which returns empty string if
inpust string was not valid utf8 string.
I recommend using UTF8ToWideString from JclUnicode.
