By information of Freepascal developer: Libc usage depending on FreePascal's RTL too. Some Freepascal libraries used by Synapse depending on Libc at some platforms. This is not direct Libc dependency in Synapse code (with exceptions what I say in previous messages).
It mean, even you are using just Synapse socket core, what not have direct libc dependency, you may see Libc dependency in compiled binary. However it not mean - Synapse cannot be used on non-libc platform... all depending on how are written reepascal internals too. -- Lukas Gebauer.
