Forgot... no ;-) I doesn't know about it. I don't found this info
in help :-(

1. Really CertCA is serve by OpenSSL plugin? In Synapse source only
CertCAFile is checked:

if FCertCAFile <> '' then
  if SslCtxLoadVerifyLocations(FCtx, FCertCAFile, '') <> 1 then Exit;

or property Certificate (only for self signed certificate?):

if FCertificate <> '' then
  if SslCtxUseCertificateASN1(FCtx, length(FCertificate), FCertificate) <> 1 
then Exit;

2. Where from get root certificates files?
