In addition, alwas stay possibility that your correspondent has no 
windows-1255 decoder installed. Be aware, that ISO is suggested to be main 
standard now and some e-mail manufacturer may discontinue to support  
windows-xxxx charset or do not  prefer to include it to be in default charset 
support.

No, I did not say that. I say that some e-mail clients are quite rigid 
(blindly follows RFCs) or works incorrectly in some cases and have a problem 
to read some specific messages. I simply prefer to create/decode message 
myself and use basic SMTP/POP3 server commands directly through socket.
