hi
some more information about the encoding problem with hebrew outlook.
if i first add the html and then the text part, hebrew outlook shows the text ok
(i added the content type line in the html code)
but if i add the text part first and then the html, outlook in hebrew shows 
gibberish
(windows1255 instead of utf8 and the user needs to manually change it every 
time)

it means, that outlook does know how to read and encode correctly the html
but if the text comes first, it chooses the "correct" encoding (windows 1255)
but in fact, the content is unicode. so the problem is not with the html

english outlook does the job well in both cases.

any suggestions?
