You can code CRAM-MD5 yourself. (i.e: read the RFC)
NTLM, no idea, though I doubt any POP3 (read: not some proprietary
mailbox standard) server is using it.
No idea about RPA, and I also think it's not a biggie as any POP3
server will support other authentication mechanisms in addition to
RPA.
