hi
i tried now to use the defaultcharset
but Part.DecodePart; procedure
doesnt seem to use defaultcharset
by debugging, all it does is:
(1 DecodeQuotedPrintable for the content
(2 CharsetConversion(s, FCharsetCode, FTargetCharset);
fCharsetCode is iso_8859_1 while it should be iso_8859_8 or cp1255
changing the defaultcharset to iso_8859_8 before
calling part.decodepart; has no effect here
what am i missing?
