hi
i got 2 emails sent from gmail (i cant put the content here)
both had the same header for the text/html part
and both content is a mix of english and hebrew
------=_Part_1774_11859094.1191074721804
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: inline
i decode the parts in the same way
both of them doesnt have a HEAD tag or any other tag that describes the
content encoding
and the result i show in a TDhtmlEdit component
while one of them is showing ok (hebrew and english)
the other one shows gibberish instead of hebrew (english is ok in both)
if i view the file (with the html code i got from the part) in IE, the good
email is shown ok with UTF8 encoding as the selected encoding
the other email i see gibberish and the selected encoding is western european
(windows)
what can cause such a thing?
am i missing sth?
thanks
