1. HTTPMethod close any connection for HTTP 1.0 without regard for
"Connection" header (which may be "keep-alive")
2. HTTPMethod('POST'...) (for HTTP 1.1) is hung when HTTP 1.1 server
return status 100 Continue (Status100 := False). Tested on IIS 5.1 with
request body > 8Kb.
