If your server requires 'client side certificate' for your 
authorization, then you must have your certificate and assign it to 
some property in ldap.sock.ssl.* 

But what property it is depending on format of your certificate. And 
each one SSL plugin in Synapse requires and know different formats. 
See the source of your used SSL plugin in Synapse. On begin of each 
SSL plugin source are informations about supported functions.
