Perhaps write your own for that bit. Use the "layer" below those
"wrappers" perhaps to brute force your desired specification. I'm not
aware of one that does anything different, however you can get to the
raw packets if you like.. and then the sky is the limit.

They are functions for upload and download files like
HttpPostFile,HttpGetBinary. But both functions load whole file to memory
stream (HTTPSend.Document) so if I am sending or receiving big file
(100MB) then this solution is not efficient. Is any way to send or
receive file by chunks?
