I'm pretty sure you need to include the OPENSSL_mod or something...I
swear the answer grazed my inbox over the course of last three days...
Basically I got the jist that the latest trunk I guess you include
open_ssl and it sounded like from tyhe banter that it's easier now.

(Might be a https objects to to grab once openssl compiling/linking in
ok)


Experience in the past has shown me that you might need to figure out
how to get qa reall certificate in there. 

when I first did my SSL once in (older version) Synapse with openssl -
it was a web server and the web browsers all of them at thee time
LITERALLY refused to open it - they had every warning, red light, DANGEr
MR Robinson! lol... the funny thing was that ONLY IE 7 or
esomething(6,8?) let me in after repeated "YES - I MEAN IT" clicks - So
- 

When every browser accusing you of being a phishing scam, a fraudulent
certificate....etc... You're SO CLOSE!!!!
