IMHO the router which offers DNS service and then it is not able to run it properly is a crap. And the problem should be reported to manufacturer. And why you are using poor router's DNS service ? You can/should send the queries directly to ISP's DNS servers. It means why you not configure the PC to use the correct DNS servers?
