I downloaded openssl and placed the 3 library files libeay32.dll, libssl32.dll
and
ssleay32.dll (as 32bit and 64bit versions) in the program directory.
As a result i still get an error 11003. I even tried to run with some
old versions of openssl which got me an invalid dll error. This leads
me to believe that the libraries are indeed used.

Can u give me any example how send an e-mail with STARTTLS ?
