While doing a build of the new multi-module Synapse, we see that the current
processing order is:
Apache Synapse - Core
Apache Synapse - Mediators
Apache Synapse - Sample
Apache Synapse - Extensions
What happens when the mediators are dependent on the extensions, the build
would fail because of a cyclic dependency. Can you re-order the processing to
preocess extensions before mediators...
