I think it is time for Synapse to move into apache web services projects
like Apache Sandesha and Apache Rampart.

Folks
As part of the M2 release I had to update our status page, and it
seems to me that we are ready to graduate: we have a set of
committers, we have good progress, we make decisions as a team on the
list, and we have clean IP.
I'm talking at ApacheCon in a couple of weeks, and it would be a great
place to announce graduation :-) [If of course we get there]
So in that spirit I'd like to take a vote here to see if we think we
are ready. If that passes then we ask the WS PMC to vote to accept us.
Then if that passes we ask the Incubator PMC to release us.
Here's my +1.
