Rename AbstractMediatorSerializer to BaseMediatorSerializer

Having the name Abstract for a class name implies that it is an abstract class
and I found the class AbstractMediatorSerializer to be not abstract. So shall
we change that to BaseMediatorSerializer. AbstratcListMediatorSerializer also
should go through the same scenario. And also we cab change the methods inside
those classes to static.
