If you do a dist-bin now (I updated this) you would get the following:
target/dist/Apache-Synapse-Incubating-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip
Apache-Synapse-Incubating-SNAPSHOT-extensions-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip
Apache-Synapse-Incubating-SNAPSHOT-nhttp-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip
You will need to extract the Apache-Synapse-Incubating-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip
and then place the nhttp.jar and extension_mediators.jar from the other
ZIP's into the extracted Synapse instances' lib folder. Once I finish up
the nhttp, I will update the build to include it in
asankha
