Hmmm. JDK for instance doesn't .. u unpack the src distro and it neatly fits into the tree under src/. Same for docs. OK clearly there's more than one way to skin this cat. If we're going to unpack to different directories then I'm +1 for synapse-incubating-0.90 and synapse-incubating-0.90-src.
