We need to fix the SimpleHTTPServer of Axis2 1.1 codebase to support this, as 
through Axis2 has code to read transport headers - but not to write. Hence I do 
not see this as something of high priority to Axis2 to be included soon.. how 
important is this to your environment..?

I think the proper fix to this solution must be transport independent and 
should allow the Synapse user to get and set transport headers - as I do not 
think simply copying headers from one message to another would be expected by 
all users of Synapse. (i.e. some may want to prevent this explicitly)
