Folks I think the time has come to ask the Incubator PMC to let us graduate and become a fully fledged member of the WS-PMC.
Since the last attempt, we have voted in new committers, got input and patches from a number of new contributors, increased our discussion significantly, and released a 0.90 version of the software.
