Issues occurred when using the log mediator

When setting the log levels, experienced the following issues
Issue 1 - Setting the log level to "headers"
================================
When the log level is set to "headers", it does not log anything
Therefore when the log level is set to "headers" in the out mediator, it gives
a null pointer exception
