Asankha,
I think this was one of the user requirements to not to change the ports and
host addresses of the specified WSDL when publishing as a proxy WSDL.
So, we can add an attribute to specify whether to use the original WSDL or not
(ie. alter the host address and port according to synapse) to the publishWSDL
element in the proxy.
