Right now we don't have a Synapse nightly build hosted on an Apache
server yet. Thus, unless you build it locally from source you cannot get
it. Let me ask if someone from our team could setup a nightly build for
Synapse next week - but this would be around or after Wednesday next week..
In the meantime I uploaded a build I did just now locally if you wanted
to have a look -

Need a stop script for synapse as in solaris we usually login to remote
terminal and start the process in background.
For stopping it we need to find the pid and kill the process.
A stop script would be a welcome enhancement.
