You need to wait a few more minutes :-)... We should also change the
other paths relative to the new wrapper.working.dir as well.. Indika
will be checking this in shortly

I fixed the issue and committed the fix. you just have to add
following property to the wrapper.conf file
wrapper.working.dir=../..
It should work now properly.
