1. Sequence named "main" in the configuration 2. Set of mediators in the root definition level 3. Registry entry with key "main" (applies only when the registry is specified in the configuration) Synapse is going to assign a default main sequence for him self, which is a send mediator. This will lead to the creation of an *open proxy* [1] which is a security hole. So, this default main sequence will be changed to a log mediator followed by a drop mediator from default.
