Asankha, I don't see any problem in removing them. They will be generated by the axis2 server any how and also we ship wsdl only in SimpleStockQuote, SecureStockQuote and ReliableStockQuote.
I am +1 on removing the WSDLs, I have tested most of the samples without the shipped WSDLs and they worked fine and axis2 has generated the right WSDL. Thanks, Ruwan On 10/26/07, Asankha C.
