We will fix all these issues for the coming release (1.0.1 - which will come
very soon). If you like you can go ahead and add this as a comment to the
JIRA that paul has created (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SYNAPSE-118). If not I will add this
as a comment and fix it.
