Configuration for producing unique log per proxied service?

Any suggestions on how to configure synapse to log each proxy to a different
location/file?  I read the documentation for the log mediator, but it
appears that all logging goes to log4j.  I would like to configure synapse
to proxy many services, but I would like each proxy to log to a different
location/file not the same one.
