I haven't gotten far enough / had time enough to study Synapse to really be able to tell -- I think that is a sign. That said, I offer these up -- with the understanding that some of these might be gibberish because I haven't spent much time with this animal at all (just a couple of hours playing with the tutorial applications, and looking at piece of code or two).
1) Think barriers to entry. It might be helpful to have a bullet-list of common use-cases, and then a little page-long HOWTO of how one might do that in Synapse. 2) Definitions: What is a mediator. What is a tranport. And so on. 3) How does infrastructure relate: - How do things connect up over the network - What are the major components (a "layer cake" diagram might help?) 4) And of course, security caveats. JRJ > Jay, how about helping scope out what's needed? I'd love to understand > what you think is missing. I'd be happy to write the actual material, > but its always a matter of prioritization. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
