Interesting question!

Let me have a play. It should work, but the correlation back the original
request may be a bit tricky.

You can certainly send one message to multiple endpoints. In the upcoming
release we have a "clone" mediator, but you should get the effect you need
just by doing

<send><endpoint.../></send>
<send><endpoint.../></send>

with two different endpoints.
