I've done the footwork with marketplace, and as impartial as I can be is that 
we really need to have authentication from content at the time we ship PiCL 
(for marketplace), and we simply *must* for features landing as soon as Q1 2014.

This, and several other conversations, is enough for me to conclude it's a hard 
requirement that *authentication* to Firefox Accounts works everywhere, web 
content included.

I think we can defer PiCL data access from the web for a little while - and I 
think we have a good approach there too (yay postMessage and iframes).
