Based on the two security/encryption bullet points from the MVP stories
[1], we need to support syncing bookmarks encrypted with a key
unavailable to Mozilla. I'm assuming the bookmarks document would be
itself a couch record like {_id, _rev, encrypted_blob }, and therefore
server participation, for example with jsondiff, isn't possible in this
case. I think it would still be useful for the majority of users who
won't encrypt bookmarks (if we make that the default).
