However, I think we should leave "Storage" as a single project blob for
now, driven by client dev concerns. I will continue to veto anything
that looks too awful from a server-side perspective.
Once we get past this initial flurry of exploration and decision-making,
then we can split it into "Storage Client" and "Storage Server" and
drive them forward in parallel.
We're close on that front, but I don't think we're there yet.
