I expect it would be the same thing as what happens if you detach Sync on a 
device entirely, only applied to a single data type.  If that sounds 
nonsensical, let me know what would make more sense.

I didn't necessarily mean giving the user a specific number for "This will use 
X bandwidth of Y time", but a more general sense that their History is going to 
be significantly larger than syncing just bookmarks and passwords, etc.  It 
would really be more a general information page than specific data at this 
point, although we may want to add specific data information in later releases.

Does that make more sense?
